" THE LESSOR " only holds contract with "LOCAFLAT," excluding all other physical or moral person.

This rent includes:

The Lessor will do their personal affair to reverse the TVA at 5.5% to the tax department which will be included in the payment by Locaflat.
PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
The Lessor will make sure his insurance company will add in his agreement: "renonciation à tout recours vis à vis du locataire" (meaning the occupant
won't be responsible to be insured.)
GENERAL CONDITIONS
LOCAFLAT their and its occupants are to enjoy the flat without harming the tranquility of the appartement .
They may not proceed in any transformation of the appartement without a formal agreement made beforehand and in writing by the Lessor.
LOCAFLAT is responsible for the cleaning and preparation of the apartment before the arrival of a new client until the end of the rental period.
LOCAFLAT will be solely responsible for its own services charges of exploitation of the apartment.
The Leasor will be solely responsible to to insure the apartment and to renounce every appeal against the tenants.
SUB-LEASING
The Lessor authorises the short term rental and the subletting of the apartement.
RESOLUTION OF AGREEMENT
On an error of payment by his deadline, The Lessor may end the present lease, if he desires, one month after an issue of payment remains unprofitable,
in agreement with the present clause.
ELECTION DE DOMICILE
For the execution of the present, the parties make an election of the domicile in the knowledge:
- The Leasor in his domicile
- "LOCAFLAT" in its headquarters.
Attribution of competence is complete, as much as needed, to the Tribunal d'Instance of the place of the apartment.
