Course 1.An initiation to french cuisine in foru weeks this couse progressively introduces the basics of the french cuisine.	Course 2.An initiation to french pastry in one month This course introduces students to the basic techiques of classic french pastry.

FOUR DAYS SESSIONS
Course 3.French regional cuisine Four full days of palatable enjoyment, discover the origins of provincial franch cooking throuhg a session in Regional cuisine.	Course 4.Traditional Bread baking This delicious 4 days handon session introduces you to the ancient art of breadbaking.

ONE DAY SESSIONS
Course 5.Discover the Paris Markets Starting friday morning with hot coffee and croissants at the school le Cordon bleu chef will escort your group to discover the Paris markets.	Course 6.Traditional cooking for friends this day not only give you the oppotunity to view a chef demonstration but aftewards you will get a chance to prepare one of the dishes in one of our teaching kitchens under the supervision of the chef.	Course7.Gourmet workshops This courses take place on saturdays starting with coffee and croissants.
